**Eligibility for Returns:**
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
- Customized or personalized phone cases.
- Clearance or final sale items.
**Return Process:**
1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. After approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
**Refunds:**
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
**Exchanges:**
- If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
